Rounding the Tenons
Until 3 months ago I had no idea about making through tenons, let alone that rounding them could be done with a hand plane, chisel and if needed a file.

I’ll bet that was a pretty quick operation with the chisel and plane. Always surprised when I have a student think all you need is a random orbit sander to do that then see the difference in a cleanly cut piece of wood vs. sanded/abraded!
